    We are currently seeking PCA/CNA's.  Previous training or certification is preferred but not required as Edgewood provides on the job training! The key roles/responsibilities of the community's PCA/CNA's may include: under proper direction, provide residents with assistance in meeting scheduled needs as outlined in the care plan/service plan, including assistance with medication administration where applicable; assisting with unscheduled needs when required according to established facility policies and procedures and as may be directed by their supervisor.     In this position you will help to develop a therapy program for home health, and will work primarily within the Edgewood community 

    Qualifications 
    • Possesses a Masters or Doctorate in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization. 
    • Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the state. 
    • Possesses and maintains current CPR certification. 
    • Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task 
    • Compassionate with good communication skills 
    • Excellent teamwork skills
